Our tasty calming blue herbal mix is a special blend for relaxation. With lavender & chamomile as a key ingredient, which both complement each other in improving and are known to promote relaxation and sleep quality.
The herbal blend not only is known to keep you calm, but is also known to help with those who struggle to remember their dreams. With a light and floral taste, mullein leaf is also in the mix to help make it whole.
Mullein leaf in itself has a whole array of benefits, especially when drunk as a tea, which is known to help clear your sinuses and known to improve overall lung health.
Calming blue may be used as a herbal spliff mix, brewed as loose leaf tea, or even burned as incense. For consuming tea, we recommend starting off with 1 tsp per cup!
