Onze smakelijke kalmerende blauwe kruidenmix is een speciale mix die ontspanning bevordert. Met lavendel & kamille als een belangrijk ingrediënt, die elkaar aanvullen bij het verbeteren van ontspanning en slaapkwaliteit.
Deze kruidenmix van lavendel helpt je niet alleen kalm te houden, maar kan ook helpen met degenen die moeite hebben om hun dromen te onthouden. Met een lichte en bloemige smaak zit mullein-blad ook in de mix om het heel te maken.
Mullein-blad op zichzelf heeft een hele reeks voordelen, vooral als het als thee wordt gedronken, wat kan helpen om uw sinussen te zuiveren en de algehele longgezondheid te verbeteren.
Kalmerend blauw kan worden gebruikt als een kruidenmix, gebrouwen als losse bladthee of zelfs verbrand als wierook. Voor het consumeren van thee raden we aan om te beginnen met 1 theelepel per kopje!
