Processing Times

Once we have received your order, please allow up to 7 business days (Monday - Friday) for processing of your order.  Goods will typically be dispatched twice a week (excluding holidays), and tracking confirmations will be sent out via email.

* Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.

Shipping Costs and Speeds

All parcels are shipped from The United States or The Netherlands with tracking, encouraging safe delivery. The cost is dependent on the destination, delivery speed, and the weight of a parcel -- this is calculated at checkout.


    • Premium USPS domestic United States (1-3 days)
      Standard USPS domestic United States (4-8 days)
    • Standard PostNL Domestic Netherlands (1-3 days)
    • EU Standard PostNL (5-10 days)
    • UK Standard PostNL (10-14 days)
    • PostNL International (7-14 days)

Shipping to the United States

We do not ship to Louisiana because of the laws prohibiting the sale of Blue Lotus.

Shipping to the European Union

EU customers are responsible for paying the relevant VAT taxes on delivery, in line with their country's local charges. 

Shipping to the United Kingdom

The UK has left the EU, and with new import/export rules which took effect on 1 July 2021, UK customers are responsible for paying the relevant VAT taxes on delivery, in line with their country's local charges. 

Shipping to the rest of the world

International orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) and may be subject to a customs fee.

VAT, TAXES, CUSTOMS?

Unfortunately, International taxes and customs charges are out of our control and you may be asked to pay a sales tax or customs/duty charge, depending on your location.  We advise you to contact your local customs authorities to find out if you have any relevant fees. We here at Twenty Sumthings are not responsible for any taxes and customs charges. Taxes and customs are not included in the total of the order nor shipping cost.  We are not responsible for any additional taxes or charges that may occur during the journey of your order.
