Refund policy

By purchasing from Twenty Sumthings, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this refund policy.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - no order cancellations and no returns.

Returns will not be accepted for hygienic reasons.  No refunds will be given. Exchanges can be negotiated depending on certain conditions.

By paying for this item, the buyer also understands that the products vary in color. Buyers, therefore, understand that they waive their right to dispute the item as "not as described" as they had previous knowledge of the custom nature of our products.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue. Claims for damaged packaging and goods should be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Upon inspection, photo evidence of all original packaging is required. Any claims made outside of this window may not be eligible for consideration.

We cannot accept responsibility for any delay/loss where an incorrect address is given. Should your parcel go missing because the address is incorrect, we will try our best to track it down, but no refund will be given. If the parcel is returned to us by the courier as non-deliverable, we will issue a full refund (excluding delivery charges & handling fees).


Non-Deliverable / Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your non-delivered item, and let you know if a refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

We can not accept returns for precious stones, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. It is also pertinent to know, certain types of items cannot be returned legally, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods.
