How to Burn Loose Incense

Using loose herbs in an incense burner and its benefits

Burning incense or herbs has so many benefits.  Just the scent alone can brighten a mood as our sensory human experience emits a state of being. Also in burning herbs, there are benefits from smelling and experiencing the aroma. Many herbs have antibacterial and anti-viral properties allowing the purification of air.

The loose incense made at Twenty Sumthings are made of leaves and stems allowing a continuous burn with a constant source of heat.  Since loose incense requires heat, there are two ways of burning our loose incense.
